Restrepiopsis inaequalis  Luer & Escobar

From the Latin inaequalis, "uneaqual", referring to the lateral sepals considerably longer than the dorsal sepals.

Additional Information:  Known from three isolated collections, two in the Eastern Cordillera of Colombia and one in southern Ecuador at 4,920 feet (1,500 m) to 7,870 feet (2,400 m).
