Additional Information: 

M. Pixie Toy has five different species in the background that have mostly influenced the color and the form.  By crossing it with M. coccinea alba, you get increased flower size with flowers on tall stems above the plant.  The color of the flower is brilliant yellow when it first opens and fades a little as it ages.

I chose this cross to name after myself because of the beautiful color and variation of color as the flower ages in addition to the tall stems, large flowers and nice form.  This photo shows me with my other passion, Airedale Terrier rescue.
