Dracula diabola Luer & Escobar

From the Latin diabolus, "a devil", in allusion to the fancied appearance of the red flowers.

Additional Information: Known from only one forested valley in the Eastern Cordillera of Colombia where it is locally abundant at altitudes of 7,220 feet (2,200 m) to 8,530 feet (2,600 m).
