Dracula dodsonii  (Luer) Luer

Named in honor of Dr. Calaway H. Dodson, noted investigator of the flora of Ecuador, who has been aquainted with this species for many years.

Additional Information:  Found infrequently in a limited distribution on the western slopes of Mt. Pichincha in northcentral Ecuador at altitudes from 5,250 feet (1,600 m) to 6,560 feet (2,000 m).
